The Bosu Ball has 2 sides, the flat side on the floor and the curved ball on the top. Both sides of the ball can also be used to strengthen the upper and lower limbs; and core area. The curved ball on the top make it “CHALLENGING” and help to “STAY FOCUS”, when exercises are being performed.
"“BODY CONDITION” & “LOW-IMPACT” exercise". It has the components of stretching, strengthening, balancing and controlling of body movement. The resistance band and towel are to assist in maximizing the workout. The class uses upbeat music to create the exercise atmosphere, and also uses calm or classical music to calm the body down. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
