  1. GLOWBalance (In-house Program)
GLOWBalance fitness class

“BALANCING & STRENGTHENING”. To improve proprioception and balance by using an unsteady surface, the Bosu Ball to exercise. The Bosu Ball has 2 sides, the flat side on the floor and the curved ball on the top. Both sides of the ball can also be used to strengthen the upper and lower limbs; and core area. The curved ball on the top make it “CHALLENGING” and help to “STAY FOCUS”, when exercises are being performed.

 

  1. GLOWRevival (In-house Program)
GLOWRevival fitness class

"“BODY CONDITION” & “LOW-IMPACT” exercise". It has the components of stretching, strengthening, balancing and controlling of body movement. The resistance band and towel are to assist in maximizing the workout. The class uses upbeat music to create the exercise atmosphere, and also uses calm or classical music to calm the body down. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

 

  1. GLOWVitality (In-house Program)  
GLOWVitality fitness class

"GOOD OVERALL” workout. It targets the cardio, endurance, speed, strength, flexibility by using fast music to speed up the heart rate, with addition of body weight, resistance band and dumb bell. The movement will trigger the arm, abdomen & thigh to build in better tone and shape. It improves the body being “FORCE AND ALIVE”.

 

  1. Praise
    OPEN & CLOSE PRAYER WORKOUT WITH INSPIRED CHRISTIAN MUSIC. Praise is a non-impact and moderate intensity workout. It consists of warming-up, follow by upper, mid and lower body exercise, where it condition and strengthen the different body parts. And last will be the cool-down. With open and close with prayer ask for God’s present, blessing, protection etc. Christian music also play during the workout. If you want to fill refresh, recharge and revival, come……….. and join us in this workout!  
     
  2. Zumba Gold
    “LOWER-INTENSITY” is a perfect class for people who are looking for a modified Zumba Fitness class that creates the original dance/movement that workout at a LOWER-INTENSITY. The design of the class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on agility, range of motion and coordination.
     
  3. Zumba Fitness
    “LATIN INSPIRED CARDIO-DANCE” workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. The workout creates dynamic, exciting and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO FOLLOW". The routines consist of fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and shape the body.  Zumba is a “FEEL HAPPY” workout that is great for both the physical and mental.
     
  4. KpopX Fitness
    “KOREAN INSPIRED CARDIO-DANCE”. KpopX Fitness is a dance fitness that work on the aerobic and co-ordination. Each song’s choreograph inspired by the catchy Korean Music Videos and has its own “SIGNATURE MOVE”, making it creative and interesting. The movement of this workout simplify and make it easy for anyone without a dance background and able to keep it up!
     
  5. OXIGENO®
    OXIGENO® is an exercise program to work on Functional Training to improve in flexibility, strength, balance and mobility through harmonics and fluid movements closely related to breathing. The sound of soft music relax the body and mind to connect with the inner reaching a state of still and serenity. 
     
  6. UBOUND®
    UBOUND®  is an intense and energetic exercise program; bouncing on the rebounders/trampolines, which no impact and no stress on joints. The benefits of UBOUND® on improving the lymphatic system (for toxin release) helps many to feel a sense of euphoria, which may also explain why scientists describe it as “one of the most effective exercise training regimes very created by humans!”.
